The rescue mission's largest community outreach is 12 Baskets. When a family or individual in need is referred to us, the mission gets right to work fillings boxes, bags, and baskets of food to take along when visiting folks in need. The overflow of food given to the mission for those staying with us is used to help others in the community.

The name 12 Baskets (or B-12) is taken from Matthew 14:13-21, when Jesus feeds five thousand people using five loaves of bread and two fish. After everyone has eaten, twelve large baskets of food are still leftover.
